T.1.1. MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION
The activity will include organisation of monthly meetings with the staff members (or whenever needed), project preparation phase of all the administrative documents and forms (registration papers, draft of announcements), project monitoring documents-progress and follow-up reports, reimbursement documentations to be forwarded to the Financing Authority, procurement activities, the creation and progress of the web page of the project, meeting minutes, digital and physical archive of the project documents, as well as the preparation of the events.
